Eric “Rick” Fulton has over 35 years of service in geotechnical engineering and construction observation and materials testing for projects located throughout the Midwest and Colorado. His experience is primarily in the area of project management and administration, construction quality control, geotechnical consultation and material testing services, and project development. Mr. Fulton is the Colorado Operations Manager.
